Matthew S. Eddy

Matthew (Matt) S. Eddy is a Paducah-based employment and maritime law attorney and a Partner at Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub, PLLC. He advises and defends businesses in complex legal matters involving workplace compliance, civil rights, and maritime incidents across state and federal courts in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Matt joined the firm in 2019 after completing a prestigious two-year federal clerkship with the Hon. Thomas B. Russell, United States District Judge for the Western District of Kentucky. He was named Partner in 2024.
