Paducah is our home.  We stand at the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee rivers; at or near the cross roads of Interstates 24 and 69; and within perfect travel distance of St. Louis, Missouri; Nashville, Tennessee; and Louisville, Kentucky.  We are the business and cultural center of a large, four-state area – a mixture of small town, big business, transportation, arts, history, and modern life.  A growing business community is serviced out of Paducah and the surrounding area, and we are committed to providing the very best in legal services to fit its needs.

The Crawfish Boil was co-founded by firm partner E. Spivey Gault in 1990.  A gathering of industry and
community members
throughout the region, the Crawfish Boil has become an annual fixture in the river
life of this area.  The firm proudly continues the tradition of serving as a leading sponsor and
co-organizer of the event each year.

One of the firm’s medical paralegals, Patience Renzulli, takes a break to pose with her husband, local
artist Dr. Bill Renzulli, outside their art gallery in Lower Town Paducah.  The Renzullis are well known
in the
art world – as well as in the dog-breeding and showing world and the medical world –
both locally
and around the country.

At the 28th annual Paducah River Industry Crawfish Boil, Tom Miller and Connie Derezza of WRHS present event founder William Kellum with a painting by Paducah artist William Renzulli commemorating the event. This year’s Crawfish Boil was held on May 19, 2018, and attracted 61 company sponsors, an event record.

We also believe in giving back.  Our responsibility to the communities we serve extends far beyond the provision of legal services.  We are proud of our long-standing commitment to the enhancement of life in the broader community that we serve, through professional development, civic service and leadership, financial support, and sponsorship.  Listed below are a few of the non-profit organizations through which the firm’s attorneys have served.
