Knowledge of medicine distinguishes firm's ability to represent medical providers

“We are very pleased to have two such highly trained medical personnel on staff,” said James A. (Jim) Sigler, head of the firm’s litigation section.  “The impact for our clients is undeniable.”

The focus, as explained by Sigler, is client service.  “Our ability to both streamline and maximize review of records and facts, the spotting of technical issues, and the selection of best resources for mounting an aggressive defense is a tremendous benefit to our healthcare clients, as well as to our clients facing other types of injury claims,” he explained.  “We are committed to investing in the best staff and the most advanced tools to assure that we continue to provide excellent service to our clients.  We take seriously our role in protecting their interests.”
