Statistics show firm among top 10 most active trial firms in past past 15-plus years

PADUCAH, Ky. – The Kentucky Trial Court Review has identified Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub, PLLC as the ninth most prolific civil trial firm in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  The compilation, taken from reported jury trial verdicts from 1998 to 2012, found that the firm had tried a total of 85 civil cases to jury in the Commonwealth during the 15-year period reviewed.  During this same time period, E. Frederick (Rick) Straub, Jr., the firm’s managing partner, tried a total of 47 trials, making him fifth on the list.  Notably, Mr. Straub ranked first on the list for the time period of 2005 to 2012, having tried 29 cases during that period.
