Dick has lived exclusively in Paducah, Kentucky except when he was in college, law school, and the U.S. Army.  He began practice in 1963 and has practiced with the firm his entire career.



Mr. Roberts’ 45 years’ experience litigating everything from property damage subrogation to antitrust law enables him to mentor to firm members.  He has received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
