CONSTRUCTION LAW PRACTICE
Mr. Miller's construction law practice includes regular consulting, contract drafting and negotiation, insurance coverage and bonding issues, bidding disputes, and litigation. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners in contract and payment disputes, construction defect claims, nuisance cases, OSHA charges, and other matters in state and federal courts, in arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
He is a member of the construction law practice sections of the Kentucky and American Bar Associations and the Associated General Contractors of Western Kentucky. He has authored three articles for the Western Kentucky Contructor magazine: Has the Joint Check "Arrived", published Fall 2008; Insuring Construction Defect Claims: Don't Assume You Are (Not) Covered, co-authored by Keith Riley of Peel & Holland Financial Group, published Fall 2009; and Defective Work Is No "Accident", published Fall 2010.

Mr. Miller's practice also emphasizes employment law and general civil litigation, with significant experience in insurance defense work.
